September 2022 Shipping update

Saratota are still stocking and directly importing available products from our manufacturers on a regular basis, however as we continue to navigate through unprecedented and uncertain economical, social and political times there have been large-scale disruptions to many global supply chains, particularly in the supply of chipsets that enable our manufacturers to produce the networking and communications hardware that we supply into many sectors and industries.

Unfortunately, these factors are resulting in issues with physical product availability and longer than usual lead times on several of our ranges. We are working closely with our manufacturing partners to minimise the issues and offer the best solutions available to our customers to enable requirements to be fulfilled and projects to be completed with as little disruption as possible.

Please be aware that pricing fluctuations may occur and that lead times from our manufacturers are subject to change even after orders are confirmed.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by these ongoing disruptions, however, Saratota will always endeavor to provide our customers and partners with the best service and transparency during these challenging times.
